Community Staff

Do you wish to become a Community Staff on Great La? Here are the instructions for applying!

What do Community Staff do?
Community Staff are in charge of creating competitions and events for Great La. They are also expected to contribute events during fansite weeks or other campaigns being run on Habbo (e.g. Keep it Real). You can view a list of ongoing contests here.

Can I be a Community Staff?
Sure you can! As long as you fit these requirements...

• Decent English. It doesn't have to be perfect, but it should be good enough that we don't have to edit every single sentence.

Dedication. You will be required to host at least 2 hours of events per week in order to maintain your job here.

How do I apply?
Send us a query at Contact Us with the title "Community Staff Application" and tell us:

• Habbo name
• Your timezone (e.g. GMT+8 for Singapore)
• How many hours per week can you host events for Great La?
• Give us an example of a contest/event you thought up.

Good luck!

Newsie Staff

And now, after a long hiatus, the Newsie is back, and is going to be better than ever! We are in need of staff who possess good written English skills, the ability to commit to a weekly/bi-weekly column, and of course, the all-essential creative flair.

Newsie staff will be required to pen their columns weekly or bi-weekly (meaning once every 2 weeks) and occasionally post on-site competitions/trivia if appropriate.

To apply for Newsie staff:

Still interested? If you are, answer these two questions and send a PM to Khaizen. Please answer both questions. Incomplete applications will be ignored.

1. Title or theme of your intended column
2. A sample written paragraph of any topic, Habbo-related preferably

Good luck!

Note: You will have to adhere to theme that you submit in your application.
